The brotherhood meeting was opened by the first vice president, Marty Rosenberg, at 7:05 p.m. The minutes of the previous brotherhood meeting and Executive Board were read and accepted. The treasures report followed:

Brothers volunteering to be on the extension committee work follows Carlos Inacio, Bob Bass, Dave Greenstein. Those who said they might attend a smoker at the University of Vermont on April 20 were Skea, Goodrich, Nelles, Myshrall, Poitras, Towhig, Barini, Haynes, Pretanik, Arlen, Inacio, Kooyoomjian, Rosenberg, Strecker, Hadley, Crouse, Kucharski.
There will be a party at Bowditch Lodge this Saturday night. It will be a charge of $.50 per person. Smokers will spread will be served. The groups invited will be APO, GSS, STOSO. The advises of any or all of these organizations are invited to come to party.
Move: that the book exchange committee be recommended to approach the Student Union government board and ask for change in the operating limitations. This change is to consider of the following: that any net revenue obtained from the operating missions in excess of the recommended operating expenses may be used for charitable or serviceable project: the purpose to be approved by either Mr. Bach more Mr. Scott. Passed.
Move that all motions dealing with book exchange come through the book exchange committee to the two chapters. Passed.
Move the Kappa Omicron chapter Brent the American Legion hall Hadley mass for the spring banquet which will be on may 9, 1964. Passed
Move: that we support the student Zionists organization program concerning the commemoration of the Warsaw ghetto uprising by encouraging members ship to attend and participate in publicity and that the name of Alpha Phi Omega be not used on any literature paraphernalia to be passed out a use in connection the event. Defeated.
Move: the Kappa Omicron chapter support and assist the Peace Corps representative in any way he so designates, in relation to the proposed Peace Corps speaker and film on March 23, 1964. Carried.
Move: the Kappa Omicron chapter investigate the possibility of setting up a "athlete of the week board" somewhere in the Student Union. This was tabled to the Service Committee.
There will be Peace Corps speaker and film at the next week's meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
